1Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sutriq’s websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2The Service

Sutriq helps businesses run their social media: accounts and onboarding, connecting third-party platforms, creating and scheduling posts, media storage, approvals, analytics, and related tools.

The product is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.

3Accounts

Give us accurate registration details and keep them current. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and you should tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You must be able to enter a binding contract and may use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, do not:

  • Break the law, or the policies of any social network you connect.
  • Upload malware, or content you do not have the rights to publish.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
  • Scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Service or the networks behind it.
  • Use Sutriq to spam, harass, impersonate, or deceive.

You are solely responsible for what you publish through Sutriq and for following each platform’s rules.

5Third-party platforms

Connecting Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or any other service is optional and subject to that provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, API changes, policy changes, or any action they take against your account, including a failed or removed post.

6Your content and our IP

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you — including sending it to the platforms you have connected.

Sutriq and its licensors own the Service, its software, and its branding. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond the right to use the Service.

Any feedback you send us is something we may use without obligation to you.

7Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period unless the law requires otherwise. We will give you notice before a price change takes effect.

Free plans, trials, and early access may carry usage limits and may be modified or ended at any time.

8Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every post will publish successfully on a third-party network.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or zero if you are on a free plan.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if your use puts the Service or others at risk, or after an extended period of inactivity — with notice where it is practical to give it.

On termination you may export your content for a reasonable period. Provisions that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — survive.

10Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes we will give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

11Contact

Questions about these Terms: email support@sutriq.com and we will get back to you.

This document sits alongside our Privacy Policy. If anything here is unclear, ask us — we would rather explain it than have you guess.
